"Mussel Soup with Lemon Saffron Aioli": AromaCucina

Call it brodetto, call it soupe de poisson...we're calling this recipe 'Brodetto di Montone'. Whatever the name, it's simply delish fish soup! And no fish soup is worth a damn without some aioli to swamp it up! This recipe calls for lemon saffron aioli. Not fast, not easy, but so good and so satisfying. And yes, you can freeze it.
